President

After a distinguished career as a Corporate Media Producer and Production Manager, David Hoff, President and Founder of Real Property Management Collaborations, pursued an entrepreneurial path and opened a property management franchise to support the areas he loves to call home. After orchestrating complex media projects, David now applies that same precision to property management.

Deeply committed to the communities he serves, David has lived in Carroll County for most of his life and spent over three decades working in Frederick County. This lifelong connection allows him to offer property owners a unique level of local expertise and network connections. Partnering with Real Property Management’s national network allows him to offer the most advanced technology and proven systems in the industry.

Outside of the office, he is a dedicated family man. After coaching his grown children in sports and helping them through college, he now enjoys the time he spends with his wonderful wife, sharing time together at local community venues and events. He also enjoys golf, pickleball and frequently cheering on his favorite sports teams, including the Ravens, Orioles & Maryland Terps.
